Wine Selection

Rich, dry, full style with citrus notes. Smooth in texture, with a toasty, nutty, red fruit character. The dominance of Pinot Noir in the blend gives a lively, spicy finish.

It has a straw yellow colour with light green glints. When it is poured its perlage is persistent and it is accompanied by a persistent and evanescent froth. Marked and definite are the hints of apple and yellow pulp peach together with a clear flavour of pineapple. The nose is characterised by a marked perfume of yellow flowers and of just-mowed hay. The taste is full, warm but also fresh and quite and at the same time its is intense and persistent. Thanks to its freshness and to its structure this wine is an ideal drink with sea-fish, sauced horse d’oeuvre and aromatic first courses or soups.

Merlot

Medium red in colour with a vibrant purple edge. On the nose, the wine is bursting with red berry fruit aromas – raspberry & redcurrant with spicy oak aromas. A medium bodied wine with soft tannins. The wine has red berry fruit flavours and a hint of mint and cassis. The oak flavours are subtle. Perfect as an accompaniment to marinated and/or barbequed meats.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium to deep red in colour with a purple edge. On the nose, the wine displays cassis/ blackcurrant aromas with a touch of smoky oak. A medium bodied wine with rich cassis flavours, velvety tannins and a chocolate persistence.

Merlot

Wine of Ruby colour with aromas of red fruits and a slight touch of mint. It is soft and elegant, with sweet and silky tannins, good persistence. Recommended with pastas and soft cheeses.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine of beautiful ruby colour and purple shades. It has a medium body with aromas of ripe and fresh red fruits, a balanced acidity, sweet and soft tannins which confer a general elegance. Recommended with pastas and meat dishes.

Chardonnay

Medium yellow in colour with a green tinge. Ripe tropical fruits on the nose with hints of pineapple, mango and peach underlain by a touch of toasty oak. On the palate, the wine displays peach and pineapple with a nutty finish. This is a medium bodied wine to be enjoyed with food or as an aperitif.

Sauvignon Blanc

Light yellow with a distinct green tinge. On the nose, the wine presents aromas of passion fruit and fresh fruit salad. On the palate, this medium bodied wine has distinct lime flavours with a passionfruit and pineapple persistence. The ideal summer aperitif or to accompany fish.

Chardonnay

Wine of a yellow colour with aromas of mature pineapple and banana. It has a good body and acidity. It is well balanced and persistent. Recommended with seafood and fish.

Sauvignon Blanc

Wine of green-yellow colour with fresh aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. It has a good body and persistence. Recommended with fish and light cheeses.
